It all starts on the comfortably spacious front deck. This deck is a great outdoor area for family meals or afternoon relaxation. As you walk in the front door, you will find a cozy living area which creates a relaxing comfortable vacation retreat.
The master bedroom with its comfy king size bed and neutral beach colors, large garden tub, and freestanding shower, is a private getaway within this beach house. The double sink vanity and large walk-in closet are just a bonus for the lucky guests in the master bedroom. The first floor queen bedroom also reflects a palate of the sea with bedding that mimics the beautiful scenery that is just out the front door. With a full bath attached, this is another great room for a couple, just wanting to get away for a bit. The first floor also features the fully stocked kitchen and living room, with plenty of seating for everyone, whether it’s time to eat or time to relax.
Up the stairs to the right you will find a room with 2 sets of colorful bunk beds and flat screen TV, a perfect spot for the kiddos. Down the hall is another bedroom with a Queen sized bed and a view of the Gulf. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath.
This is a great duplex that is 3rd tier in THE DUNES Subdivision. Relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub a few houses down. The Dunes tower has an indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym for your use too.
This house has free wireless internet, comfortable deck seating, and charcoal grill on the ground level area under the house.
The beach access is a easy walk, and if you like there is also parking at the access.
Enjoy some of the best seafood across the road at Tacky Jacks or just a few miles down the road at Sassy Bass. Tour the old forts at Fort Morgan, one mile to the west. Enjoy a round of golf at Kiva Dunes, about five miles down the road.

July-07 2022Lovely and comfortable. We had a group of 11, aged 2-71, and we all had plenty of space. The location is great -- so close to the beach and the pool. The owners take pride in this place and worked hard to make it a good stay. We encountered a maintainance issue with the air conditioner and the owner communicated with us within minutes and had the issue fixed promptly! Our stay wasn't impacted at all. We had a great time and would love to stay here again.

September-09 2023Walking down the pathway to the beach to see the sun rise or fall with the waves lapping the beach and pretty little seashells dotting the coast... this is what to expect when you head over to David's beach home. The side by side units would be perfect for a bride and groom party, large family gatherings, or just friends who love to vacation together. Driving into the gated community at the end of the island, instantly you'll know this place is special. The homes are well maintained within the community & the beach is even prettier. This is a place to just enjoy, play & re-energize. The home was exactly as described with a great living space on the main, a secondary bedroom and the spacious primary. Upstairs, the other 2 bedrooms were great. The location is in a round-about down the street from the beach. I HIGHLY recommend flip-flops as these streets are painful to walk upon. The storage room for toys was a lovely added find. Plus, there is plenty of parking. Just fantastic!
