The Space:
The living area has a dining table for 4 with counter stool seating for two more.
The queen sleeper sofa is across from a 65in 4k TV. Then behind the staircase is a cozy seated reading area. The ground floor bedroom has a full-size bed and a closet. The bathroom has double sinks, toilet and a walk-in shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet.
The home also has a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a drip plus single serve coffee maker, but there is no dishwasher.

Double sets of French doors lead out to the decks where there is outside seating, dining and a grill, and overhead string lights. The second deck area has bench seating and a firepit. Down the extensive stairs there is the boathouse with hanging chairs and a deck with sun loungers and more seating.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away at time of booking.
